Brief Posting Description Due to a new contract award Wood Group PSN require a Maintenance Focal Point to be based in HGCP, in the South Highlands of Papua New Guinea. This is a 12month contract role.Detailed Description As Maintenance Focal point you will be responsible for the delivery of project maintenance activities for a remote onshore LNG project. With a strong focus on safety, you will ensure that work is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with legislation, WGPSN standards and project delivery plans. Key to success will be the ability to build, manage and motivate the project team in order to create a strong safety culture with a focus on delivery through the promotion, adherence and continuous improvement of the management system, assurance plans and contract KPIs.Job Requirements You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership, specifically the ability to develop and maintain a strong safety culture across a diverse team. You will also require excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage complex interfaces across the project and client.
