A leading oil and gas operator is looking to recruit a specialist Well Test Engineer for their operations in Papua New Guinea. The Senior Well Test Engineer will be working on rigless and land rig operations designing and putting into place all Well Test operations over a 4-6 month period. Tasks include but are not limited to contractual matters when required, test design and preparation, contractor engagement, equipment checks and supervision of interference tests.As the Senior Well Test Engineer you will be expected to take charge of one of the most important parts of this volatile operation. Accuracy, skill and specialist knowledge of this challenging area of the world is essential as are the responsibilities of working with various teams, locals and ex-pats in jungle conditions. Working on a 28/28 rotation will give you the chance to set up and put your stamp on an exciting new project with a major operator.
