Wood is sourcing for 2 Travel Coordinators to be based at the LNG Plant Site on rotational basis (28 28) This role will report to the Travel Lead and assisting employees with travel arrangements Responsibilities - Provide support to business travel bookers
- Ensure safety of personnel are priority by ensuring all instructions mobilization guides & ER cards are up to date
- Assisting travellers with business trips
- Assisting travel bookers as & when required with queries on travel & processes & to give general advice when needed
- Ensure adherence to all aspects of the Corporate Travel Policy
- Ensure correct procedures are followed by travellers when requesting travel
- Assist finance with any queries to ensure invoicing & payments in a timely manner
- Booking local accommodation in client facilities
- Arrange client pickups & transport in mobilizations demobilizations
Skills Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum Experience 3 years in similar role
