Wood is currently recruiting for an Associate Subcontracts Administrator to join our team based in LNG Plant site in Port Moresby This role works to support our project teams to help ensure that all subcontracted services are managed effectively for our global clients In this exciting role you will take on a range of responsibilities including - Assisting with the administration of service packages with local subcontractors
- Raising and revising purchase orders
- Supporting the invoice review process
- Preparing small claim impact assessments
- Maintaining subcontracts files and records
Skills Qualifications
The succesful candidate will have the following skills and experience - At least 3 years’ experience in contract administration roles
- Oil and gas experience an advantage
- Cross cultural communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP (Oracle SAP) system skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
