Airswift are recruiting for a Lead Process Engineer with experience in Compliance Management and the ability to check and verify PSV sizing calculations to work on a FIFO roster in Papua New Guinea on a 12 month fixed-term contract After 3 4 months& 044 the roster could then change to one week a month in PNG& 044 2 weeks in Brisbane followed by one week RR (depending on progress) You will be a site champion for process safety and statutory regulatory compliance regarding - Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs PRVs)
- Pressure Relief Studies (to support the verification of existing PSV sizings)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and management of correct and complete PSV data in SAP Compliance registers
- Surveillance and assisting the various asset owners on site to achieve compliance of all the PSVs in their areas This includes
a All PSVs are entered in SAP and loaded with correct and compliant i Maintenance inspection plans (AS3788) ii OEM data (MDR compliance certificates etc ) iii Maintenance inspection history iv Datasheets PSV calcs b Working with the SAP Master Data team to get all PSV data into SAP i Generating SAP Activity Reports (ARs) and bulk upload sheets for PSVs for missing PSVs ii Generating ARs to upload any relevant missing historical PSV data inspection records c All PSVs are correctly shown on the PIDs - Management of Contractor (3rd Party Consultants) to complete
a Pressure relief studies (to support the verification of the existing PSV sizing) b PSV data sheet and PSV calculations generation - Generation of fit for purpose compliance reporting for PSVs for SAP This includes working with SAP Transformation 2 (T2) team to generate reports (typically OneView) for management to simply realise the compliance status of the PSVs on site by area
- As building the master PID drawings This includes
a Site surveys to verify the as-built status of the process equipment & 8211 priority on PSVs b Red line mark-up of the Master PID and identification of missing vendor package PIDs to be included in the Master PID set c Working with the drafters to revise the PIDs to as built status and issue new PIDs where required - Assisting the Mech Compliance team to generate and manage a complete and correct line list
- Provide operations and maintenance support in the identification and rectification of PSV issues to improve plant safety reliability
