Morobe Mining Joint Venture are looking to attract an Ancillary Coordinator to manage the Maintenance and Repair of the Ancillary Fleets including Light Vehicle, Tyre, Pumps, Cranes & Lighting Plant, while ensuring health, safety environmental and community relations standards are set and maintained by both Hidden Valley and Contracted employees. Ensure you are Pro-Active with MMJV Maintenance Strategy Implementation and Monitoring to Achieve Maintenance and Productivity Targets that are set by Management. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements as a minimum standard. Ensure that all tasks are performed to Site Safety Standards to eliminate Risks and Hazardous situations from the work area while carrying out daily maintenance tasks for the prevention of accidents and incidents. Working safely at all times promoting a safe working environment.Ensure that all MSDS, JSEAs, SWIs, are in place, reviewed and updated regularly with the focus to achieve Site Safety KPIs.Ensure compliance of workplace inspections and hazard identification corrective actions are completed to maintain a high standard of Safety and Housekeeping in the work area.Coach and mentor the maintenance personnel and provide opportunities for their continuous improvement and development.Reliability of equipment will require you to ensure quality inspections, defect management, scheduled maintenance and work order management are all well planned with a high level of compliance.For schedule maintenance plans ensure all resources tools, parts, components, labour and support equipment are available.Ensure all work is carried out in best practice to ensure government regulation & company policy compliance.Schedule and chair/attend regular meetings with HV management and the Mobile Maintenance Team to review fleet performance, develop remedial actions as required and develop improvement plans for cost and performance improvements.Ensure tasks are Executed Safely with company Isolation and Lock out procedures are followed, JSEA's and SWI's are completed, Work areas and tooling are in Safe condition ready for use. Identify report and rectify unsafe conditions or defective tooling and equipment.Manage resources effectively for the maintenance and repair of equipment, minimising non-productive hours on equipment and manpower.
