My Client is a well-established and highly regarded O&G explorer and producer who are embarking on some exciting growth both organically and through acquisition. As part of some internal movement, I am seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to be site based in South East Asia in a leadership biased role on 28 day ON / 28 day OFF roster.
The role has day to day responsibility for the safe and reliable production of oil and gas from Production Operations and for implementing the annual production plan and management of relevant operating and capital expenditure programs. The role is supported through structured interfaces with core functions including HSES, Production, Reservoir Development, Drilling, Projects and Facilities Engineering.
The overall remit has Production Operations, Maintenance, Field Engineering, Integrated Activity Planning and Training as direct reports and is responsible for ensuring implementation of programs, systems and processes that demonstrate compliance with relevant Company Standards, Joint Venture and regulatory requirements.
The successful incumbent will have a minimum of 15 years experience in onshore and / or offshore oil & gas operations with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience at site level.
