Duties will include;Leadership - Provide direct management and support to to a remote team.Customer Service - Ensure that every customer of the Information Management Group has a positive experience providing first and second level support.Ensure third party SLA's are maintained or where improved.Work with customers of the Information Management Group to ensure a complete understanding of the customers requirements are met.Complaint Management - Ensure complaints are resolved and dealt with in a calm and professional manner acting as a single point of contact.Identify any faults on critical infrastructure working with outsourced providers and the call centres and other IM staff to resolve the situation.Seek feedback on Information Management Services from customers.Maintain updated records of customers complaints, services provided, stock on hand, site specific documentation and assets at site.Ensure IM assets are maintained and and monitored.Demonstrate a commitment to safety through leadership.Necessary skills and experience:Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.. (IM or IT).ITIL Certification.Project Management or Supervisory experience.Vendor Management experienceExperience of working on Resource Projects in remote areas also beneficial.If you have the relevant skills and expertise please submit a resume in WORD Format.
