Develop and deliver the Leadership Nationalisation Programme

With a renewed emphasis on upskilling the local citizens, a position has been created for an Organisational Development Consultant to develop and implement the nationalisation programme for the business. This role will be responsible for planning the attraction, hiring, and turnover and development initiatives for citizens for roles targeted to be nationalised.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the nationalisation programme for the business
Plan governance and detailed initiative requirements of the nationalisation programme of work
Develop and implement the leadership development programme for targeted citizens and report on progress development
Develop & maintain trust, cooperation and effective relationships with relevant stakeholders
Work with the Head of Organisational Development to design and development programs that improve capability across the business unit and are consistent with operational and business strategies
Measure outcomes and achievements and implement appropriate stakeholder reporting requirements
Ensure all operations and activities are performed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, objectives and obligations
Experience required:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education or equivalent
Superior project management skills with the ability to see strategy, through to implementation
Demonstrated experience in developing leadership development programs and nationalisation development programs
Superior coaching, influencing and facilitation skills
Exceptional stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of best practice learning and development methodologies and technologies
Experience working in developing countries (highly desirable)
Ability to train/coach on a one-to-one and/or group basis throughout all levels of the organisation
Experience working with a blue collar workforce
A safety first attitude, team focused approach and highly effective communication skills
